Keedra McQueen is a leadership development specialist with over 13 years of experience inside high-pressure institutional environments, including juvenile probation and correctional systems where leadership failures have real, immediate consequences.

She began her career as a Juvenile Supervision Officer, working on the front lines where consistency, structure, and decision-making directly impacted outcomes. Recognizing the gaps in leadership, she pursued and was selected for a Unit Supervisor role, where she led staff performance, reinforced accountability, and stabilized team culture in a demanding environment.

Her results didn't go unnoticed.

Keedra was appointed the first female Master Trainer for Harris County Juvenile Probation, where she developed and trained staff across multiple operational units. Her work influenced probation officers, youth development coaches, educators, supervisors, and executive leadership responsible for serving vulnerable populations.

And the impact was measurable, not theoretical.

Over a seven-year period, 77% of the 800+ staff trained under her leadership advanced into leadership roles within Harris County and other organizations. Not just trained... promoted.
